Starring Michael Starke and Denise Black.

When disco diva Deloris Van Cartier witnesses a murder, she is put in protective custody in the one place the cops are sure she won't be found - a convent! Disguised as a nun she makes the wrong impression on the strict Mother Superior. But when she transforms the choir into the most glorious musical act in town, Deloris forms a lasting bond with her newfound friends - and the gang that's chasing her finds itself up against an unstoppable team of soulful sisters!

Based on the movie of the same name, this fabulous, family-friendly, feel-good show is packed with songs inspired by Motown, funk, soul and disco, which more than a million people saw in the West End!

Venue Access Information

There are nine wheelchair spaces in the back row of the Royal Circle and one wheelchair space in the Stalls. It is advisable to book wheelchair spaces in advance.

- There is level access to the Box Office, bars, toilets and back row of the Royal Circle.
- There is lift access to the Stalls.
- The Upper Circle is only accessible via the stairs, there is no lift access.
We have an infra-red audio enhancement system in the auditorium. Patrons can choose between a headset or a necklace depending on their hearing needs, and these can be booked via the box office in advance.

There are two devices available:

Induction Loop Necklace
Suitable for persons wearing a hearing aid, the induction loop necklace is worn around the neck. Whilst wearing the necklace switch your hearing aid to the 'T' setting and the sound is amplified. The necklace has an adjustable volume control.

Headset
This device amplifies sound through earpieces similar to regular headphones. Suitable for persons without a hearing aid.
Guide, hearing and other working dogs are welcome in all parts of the theatre.
There are accessible toilets on all three levels of the venue.

The New Victoria Theatre is attached to the Peacocks Centre in central Woking, easily accessible from the M25 (Jct 10,11), M3 (Jct 3) and A3. Undercover parking for 2,500 cars is available in the Peacocks. For details on parking charges visit: www.woking.gov.uk/council/parking
