The Internationally acclaimed Bjorn Again show was created and founded in 1988 in Melbourne, by Australian Director and Musician Rod Stephen. Designed as a rocked-up light-hearted satirical ABBA spoof, the show rapidly achieved world-wide cult status and is acknowledged for singlehandedly initiating the ABBA revival which brought about ABBA Gold, Muriel's Wedding and Mamma Mia! The enduring appeal of ABBA is reflected in the ongoing success of the Bjorn Again show having grossed £50 Million GBP from 5,000 performances in 65 countries in 23 years.
Recently acknowledged by ABBA's blonde vocalist Agnetha Faltskog, Rod aims to keep his typically Australian production at the top and continue for as long as people want to hear the much-loved ABBA repertoire performed the way only the Bjorn Again show does.

On arrival at the theatre there are 9 steps leading from the front doors to the theatre foyer. If you bear to your left on entering he doors we have a small lift suitable for wheelchair users and buggies.

We have an infra-red sound enhancement system in the auditorium. Using a headset (without a hearing aid) or one that is worn around the neck (with a hearing aid) you can boost the volume of the performance. There is no charge for using the headsets which you can collect from the cloakroom.
Guide, hearing and other working dogs are welcome in all parts of the theatre and we will provide water for them on request.
There are accessible toilets in the Foyer, the Stalls Bar and the Circle bar.

The Regent Theatre is situated in Stoke-on-Trent City Centre (Hanley), easily accessible from the M6, junctions 15 and 16, and from the A50. Follow the prominent brown tourism signs for the Cultural Quarter and then Theatres. Ample secure parking nearby (£1 eves).
By bus or coach:
