Pam Ayres brings her latest show on tour following the recent publication of her autobiography, The Necessary Aptitude.
Since her first appearance on the ITV talent show, Opportunity Knocks, over 35 years ago, Pam has been an audience favourite for her observations on the comic details of everyday life. Pam has sold millions of books, albums, CDs, and DVDs over the years, and she is still a regular on TV and Radio, on programmes such as Just A Minute, Ayres On The Air, QI, Countdown, and The Paul O'Grady Show.
Pam's show includes a selection of new poems and stories, as well as some audience favourites. After the show Pam will be signing copies of her autobiography.

There are eight wheelchair positions with companion seats, six in the stalls and two in Circle 1
Aylesbury Waterside Theatre has an infra-red sound amplification system with headsets and loop necklaces. Induction Loop Necklace Suitable for persons wearing a hearing aid, the induction loop necklace is worn around the neck. Whilst wearing the necklace switch your hearing aid to the 'T' setting and the sound is amplified. The necklace has an adjustable volume control. Headset This device amplifies sound through earpieces similar to regular headphones. Suitable for persons without a hearing aid.
Guide, hearing and other working dogs are welcome in all parts of the theatre.
There are separate, accessible toilet facilities located at each of the principal seating levels.

There is a bar on every level of the theatre, including a private bar in our Cartwright Room and Second Space. Try our Waterside Ale sourced from the Chiltern Brewery for the full Waterside experience.
The theatre has a step-free ground floor level from the entrance through to the Box Office, the Waterside Café and the Stalls with a lift to Circle 1 and Circle 2 levels.
The Waterside Café is open from 10am on show days through the day for morning coffee, afternoon tea, light bites and pre-show snacks including paninis, jacket potatoes and daily specials.
The theatre cloakroom is located in the Stalls foyer; items can be stored in the cloakroom for £1. ATG Theatre Card members have free use of the cloakroom.

By Car
Parking is plentiful with over 1600 spaces within easy walking distance of the Theatre including a multi-storey car park in Walton Street (for sat navs enter HP21 7QT), and Upper Hundreds car park. The Exchange Street car park is now open opposite the theatre.

Opening Hours
Box Office Counter Sales:
The Box Office is situated in the main foyer of the theatre and is open Mon - Sat 10am until 15mins after the last performance begins.
On days where there are no performances we close at 5pm.
On Sundays and Public Holidays we are closed unless there is a performance in which case we open 2 hours prior to the show and close 15mins after the last performance begins.
